We are located less than 5 minutes walk to the historical centre of Canterbury, restaurants, shops and a local park. Just inside the city wall but just outside the pedestrianised zone.

BY CAR

Put our post code CT1 2QF into your Sat Nav to reach us.

We have two car parks on Castle Street (3 mins walk away) which accept digital Hotel parking vouchers. These vouchers are £12 for 24 hours parking from 4pm (earliest check-in time).  Parking vouchers can be booked 24 hours in advance by contacting Laura (hello@number-8.co.uk).

There are other car parks in the area which you can park in, however the Hotel Vouchers are not valid there.

If you have not confirmed parking with Laura, please park in the Castle Street Multi-Storey Car Park and pay using the machine on exit.  Note: the Castle Row Car Park costs double that of the Multi-Storey Car Park.
We will not be held responsible for any additional fees or fines caused by staying past your 24 hour parking reservation, incorrect information given, or parking without confirmation from Laura.

Please note we have double yellow lines outside the property so you can drop off luggage before you park, but don’t park for too long!

Please read our Parking Guide for more information, costs and guidance of the Council’s Hotel Voucher Scheme. (Information correct as of March 2024)
